Melvin Xavier leads Golden Cargo Services, a family-owned freight forwarding company founded in 1990 and specializing in perishable and food logistics, with offices spanning Dubai, Kuwait, India, Malaysia, and Singapore. He also directs X2 Logistics Networks, one of the world's largest independent freight forwarding communities, connecting over a thousand logistics companies worldwide. With 21 years in business and recognition among the region's Top 100 Young Entrepreneurs, Melvin lives by a simple philosophy: give 100 percent to everything you do, since consistency in effort is what creates extraordinary results.

Melvin's biggest inspiration is his father, who built a business from nothing and created opportunities for countless others along the way. He's married to Vandana and a father to Kian, and stays active through chess, padel, and fitness.
