Bhasker Dhakan

Bhasker Dhakan is the Founder and Managing Director of Trius Jewellery Manufacturing, a Dubai-based fine jewellery design and manufacturing company working in gold, diamonds, and precious gemstones, and of The Jewel Studio DMCC, an earlier venture in the same space focused on design and sourcing. With 11 years running his own jewellery businesses and 18 years of industry experience overall, he has built a reputation as a preferred manufacturing partner for retailers and brands, known for strong design direction, product development, and consistent quality at scale.

Bhasker's key to success is consistency, discipline, and staying curious, building systems that don't depend on any one person. He's married to Aayushi and a proud father to Shanaya, Rhea, and Mahir, and stays sharp through fitness, adventure, and travel.
