Dipika Ailani

Dipika Ajit Ailani, Director of New Age Insurance Brokers LLC, joined the family business in 2017. With over two decades of experience in the finance industry, she holds a BBA, MBA, CFA, and CII designations from esteemed institutions, including UT Austin, LSE, and Yale.

Her leadership emphasizes delivering tailored insurance solutions that integrate technology, expertise, and empathy to meet evolving client needs. In 2020, she successfully led the company’s diversification in response to regulatory changes by the Central Bank of UAE.

Dipika is passionate about making a positive impact through insurance, especially in addressing the low penetration of life insurance. She is committed to helping high net worth individuals and families secure their financial futures.

An active member of the CFA Emirates Society, LSE Alumni Association, and Yale Alumni Association, Dipika enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her husband, Deepak Kalra, and their two children, Kabir and Meera. Her guiding principle is creating balance between her personal and professional life.
