Hitesh Khanchandani is a founding partner of the Newtech Group, a Dubai-based firm working in insurance broking, reinsurance, and risk advisory. He has led Newtech Insurance Brokers LLC since founding it in 2020, growing the business over six years around bespoke property all-risk and medical insurance solutions. With 16 years of business experience overall and 6 years of experience in the insurance industry, Hitesh takes a hands-on approach to growth, guided by one belief: good outcomes rarely come from talking well; they come from preparing well.

Persistence is what Hitesh credits for his success, and by his own admission, an intensely competitive streak drives him just as much. He's married to Suhaina and a proud father to Shlok and Nuri and stays connected through the Capital Club network.
