Nadia Francesca

Nadia Francesca, born 9 December 1990, is an accomplished coach, consultant, and community-building specialist with over 15 years of professional experience.  

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Performance Studies and is a certified NLP Master Practitioner as well as a certified Life and Business Coach.  

Having lived in the UAE for the past decade, she currently oversees three ventures, one of which is Vismenta (est. 2024), a consultancy focused on enhancing employee performance, retention, and mindset. She also heads The Community Experts (est. 2020), a specialised consultancy that helps organisations build strong, engaged communities through strategic communication. Lastly, she is in charge of Better Mind Better You (est.2019), a one-on-one coaching program supporting professionals  for personal and professional growth. 

She cites Tony Robbins as a key source of inspiration for his commitment to personal development and human potential.  

She is a member of Womenhood UAE, and her personal motto, “Consistency is key,” reflects her disciplined approach to both professional excellence and personal growth.
