Dr. Joy Antony is the Founder and CEO of Dr. Joy Dental Clinics, one of the most recognized dental providers in the UAE. What began in 2004 as a small, two-chair clinic has grown under his leadership into a network of 14 state-of-the-art clinics, staffed by over 100 dentists from around the world and supported by 350+ dedicated team members as of the year 2025.

Today, Dr. Joy Dental Clinics provide comprehensive dental care for both adults and children, offering specialized services in orthodontics, Invisalign, braces, veneers, and more – making it a trusted name for families across Dubai.

With nearly three decades of experience as a practicing dentist and orthodontist, Dr. Joy brings both clinical expertise and visionary leadership to the table. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in dental surgery and represents the third generation of dentists in his family – a legacy he has elevated by building the largest dental chain in Dubai. His ambition is clear: to position Dr. Joy Dental Clinics as the leading dental organization in the region, setting new benchmarks in patient care and innovation.
