Kalpesh Hariramani

Kalpesh Hariramani is the Founder & CEO of Winter Plus Interior Design Works, established in Dubai in 2014. With 21 years of industry experience, he has built Winter Plus into an integrated interior design and fit-out company offering design, turnkey fit-out, MEP and in-house joinery solutions across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Under his leadership, Winter Plus has completed 300+ high-end projects across commercial, retail, F&B, residential and health & fitness spaces. In 2023, the company was recognised as the Best Interior Design Company by the Visionary Leaders Awards.

Kalpesh built his expertise from the ground up through hands-on experience, continuous learning and a deep understanding of the industry, while focusing on quality, innovation and long-term client relationships. His entrepreneurial journey reflects his belief in steady, consistent growth.

Inspired by Darren Hardy’s The Compound Effect, Kalpesh believes that small, consistent actions create meaningful results over time—a philosophy he applies to both business and life.

Outside work, Kalpesh is married to Deepali and a proud father to Yuvansh and Ayansh. He enjoys padel and following Formula 1. His personal motto is simple: “Do good, and good will come back to you.”
