Umendra Chaturvedi

Umendra Chaturvedi is the Co-Founder and Partner of Nadeem & Umendra Chartered Accountants, a Dubai-based, ISO 9001:2015-certified audit, accounting, and tax advisory firm he established in 2009. Under his leadership, the firm has grown over more than two decades into an FTA-registered tax agency, empanelled with UAE free zones, banks, RERA, DIFC, and ADGM. Its service portfolio spans statutory and internal audit, corporate tax, VAT, transfer pricing, AML compliance, and outsourced CFO services.

A qualified CPA, CIA, and LL.B, Umendra brings a multidisciplinary perspective to his practice, one that extends beyond compliance into genuine partnership with the businesses he serves. Recognising the pivotal role technology plays in modern enterprise, he also founded Chaturvedi Software House, an IT solutions venture and authorised partner for Tally and eResource ERP, alongside developing Fincore ERP, a proprietary enterprise resource planning solution. With 25 years in the profession, Umendra measures success not by client volume, but by the tangible growth of the businesses he has helped build.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Umendra brings the same discipline and strategic mindset to his personal interests. An avid cricket and chess player, he is drawn to games that demand patience and long-term thinking. A dedicated reader and frequent traveller, he studies emerging markets and business landscapes with the same rigour he applies to financial statements, continually feeding a lifelong curiosity about how businesses and economies function.
