Kunal Vadhani

Kunal Vadhani is the Managing Partner at AAB Industries, a leading manufacturer of packaging materials. As an accomplished entrepreneur, he carries over 14 years of experience — 2 in a corporate role and 12 running his own business. An MBA graduate from IIM Indore and a bachelor's in computer engineering, he took over and rebranded his family business by launching AAB Industries in 2011. The company specializes in manufacturing packaging products like stretch films and adhesive tapes. Under his leadership, the company has become one of the leading packaging manufacturers in the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) region. He and his team are passionate about launching more sustainable packaging solutions that can positively impact the environment.

An avid networker, Kunal is an active member of BNI, the IIM Alumni network, the Indian Golfers Society, and his own Mastermind group. He continuously seeks growth through shared insights and valuable connections. He draws inspiration from Michael Jordan’s relentless work ethic and leadership, motivating him to elevate others and lead by example in business.

Outside of work, Kunal is happily married to Saachi Meherish, an HR professional at the Investment Corporation of Dubai. The couple shares their home with their beloved dog, Rufus. In his leisure time, he enjoys playing golf, padel, and travelling worldwide. His guiding principles in life are shaped by two favorite quotes: "You are never wrong to do the right thing" and "To know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived, that is to have succeeded."
